Dr. Geri Lyn Ellett grew up in Uniondale and currently resides in Pittson, Pennsylvania. She received an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned her DVM degree from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interests include large animals and exotics.

In her free time, Dr. Ellet enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, and horseback riding. She has a beagle named, Remmington and three cats.

Dr. John A. Shonis grew up in Kingston and currently resides in Benton, Pennsylvania. He received an undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and earned his DVM degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to opening Fishing Creek Veterinary Clinic and Berwick Veterinary Care Center, Dr. Shonis opened and operated Alpine Animal Clinic in Danville and St. Francis Animal Clinic in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. His special interests include dermatology and ophthalmology.

Outside of work, Dr. Shonis enjoys motorcycles, classic cars, dirt bike riding and fishing. He also cares for five dogs, five cats, and two cockatiels at home.
